Smoke detector on each floor including the basement (and finished attic), within 10 feet of each bedroom, attached with screws
Carbon monoxide detector within 10 feet of each bedroom
ABC fire extinguisher (at least 2A:10B:C, no more than 10 lbs) in or within 10 feet of the kitchen (form still lists it)
Certification of Payment of Taxes signed by the Wood-Ridge Tax Collector
Payment by cash or check to the Borough of Wood-Ridge; credit cards not accepted
