  • Owner-occupied single-family homes sold to an owner-occupant are reviewed only for zoning conformity

  • Smoke alarms on each level and outside each sleeping area, and carbon monoxide alarms near sleeping areas, as required by N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.3 (no Borough checklist found online)
  • The Borough's sale CO inspection is done by the Fire Chief / Fire Official
