2A:10BC fire extinguisher in a cabinet or on a hanger within 10 feet of the kitchen
Handrail on stairs with more than 4 risers; guards on surfaces more than 30 inches above grade
Exterior surfaces painted or protected and in good repair
Yard free of excess weeds, rubbish and garbage
Accessory structures (garages, fences, walls) sound and in good repair
Pools clean; pools over 24 inches deep fenced at least 48 inches with self-closing, self-latching gates
