Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm within 10 feet of all bedrooms
House numbers on the front of the house or end of the driveway, at least 3 inches, lighted or reflective
Reflective house numbers on both sides of the mailbox
Pool and hot tub enclosures up to code
Steps and railings stable and secure
Chimney caps and spark arrestor installed
Visible, mounted 2A10BC fire extinguisher in the kitchen (January 2024 form)
All construction permits closed before the inspection is completed
