• Smoke alarm on each floor, including the basement (not unfinished attic or crawl space)
• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm within 10 feet of all bedrooms
• House numbers on the front of the house or end of the driveway, at least 3 inches, lighted or reflective
• Reflective house numbers on both sides of the mailbox
• Pool and hot tub enclosures up to code
• Steps and railings stable and secure
• Chimney caps and spark arrestor installed
• Visible, mounted 2A10BC fire extinguisher in the kitchen (January 2024 form)
• All construction permits closed before the inspection is completed
