Required- Requirements
- Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms as required by N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.3 for a 1-2 family sale (no Borough checklist found online)
- Montclair Fire Prevention Bureau (the fire code agency for Glen Ridge) says fire extinguishers are no longer required
