Built 1988 to 1991: hard-wired, interconnected alarms on each level and outside each sleeping area
Built 1991 to present: hard-wired interconnected alarms with battery backup in all bedrooms, outside each sleeping area and on every level
Carbon monoxide alarm near the sleeping area(s), UL 2034 listed
Choice of a notarized owner affidavit or an on-site inspection request
