- Certificate of Construction Records Clearance (CRC), described on the Township site as a Municipal Code Compliance Inspection

- Requirements
- Records inspection for open construction permits and pending, open, unabated violations
- All building permits must be closed out (final inspections and prior approvals obtained) and violations cured before the certificate is issued
- Bring the completed application and fee to the Building Department to schedule

Smoke and CO alarm certificate
Required- Requirements
- Smoke alarm on each level of the home and outside each separate sleeping area
- Battery-only smoke alarms must be 10-year sealed battery units; hardwired alarms from original construction may not be replaced with battery alarms
- Carbon monoxide alarm in the immediate vicinity of the sleeping areas (where there is a fuel-burning appliance or attached garage)
- Secondary power source identification label, only if the home has a secondary power source (added by P.L.2025, c.19)
