- Smoke/CO certificate from the Middlesex County Fire Marshal must be submitted to Code Enforcement before the final Resale Certificate is issued
- Final water meter reading scheduled and done with the Tax/Water Department before closing
- A Temporary Resale Certificate is possible when the home is not habitable at closing or the buyer accepts existing violations; the buyer then schedules the resale inspection
