Requirements

• Meets Township Housing Standards (Ordinance 95 / Chapter 120 property maintenance)
• At least one UL-listed 10-year smoke detector on each floor
• At least one carbon monoxide detector on each floor, within 10 feet of bedroom doors (depends on the year the house was built)
• No open construction permits
• Fireplace or wood stove certification and well or septic certification, if the home has them (listed on the form)
• Utilities on (asked on the form)
