- Inspection of the entire property under the International Property Maintenance Code, current edition
- Inspection under Change in Occupancy rules N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.3 and 4.19 (smoke alarm, CO alarm and fire extinguisher rules) and Township Ordinance 0.2.15
- All open construction permits must be completed and closed out before the certificate is issued
- Any compliance order or notice of violation must be corrected before the home can be sold or rented
- Homes on well or septic need a No Further Action letter from the Gloucester County Department of Health
- Deptford Township MUA approval stamp on the application

Per unit, includes application, inspection and one re-inspection $100 per unit Each additional re-inspection, per unit $75 per unit - Timing
