- Residential Certificate of Inspection Form, Sale of Property, signed by the owner or agent and the buyer or agent, with the closing date
- Inspection by the Code Enforcement Officer; no certificate is issued while violations exist
- Someone must be present to give the inspector entry
- The home must comply with all other Borough ordinances and requirements

- Carbon monoxide detectors in homes with fuel-burning appliances or an attached garage, one per sleeping area (Code 16-6.8)
