- Inspection by a municipal inspector; all violations corrected before occupancy unless written arrangements are made
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detector inspection is done with the housing inspection (extra fee)
- Smoke detector on each floor (Code 11-5)
- Close all UCC permits (listed as a violation item on the form)
- Fire extinguisher (form still lists it as a violation item)
- By signing for a sale, the owner or agent attests that no adjoining property is owned by the same person that may require a formal subdivision
