For 2025 ANCHOR, homeowner income cannot exceed $250,000 and the published homeowner benefit is $1,500 at income up to $150,000 or $1,000 from $150,001 through $250,000. Senior Freeze currently requires 2024 income of $168,268 or less and 2025 income of $172,475 or less, plus the program's age/disability, ownership and residency rules. For 2027 Stay NJ benefits tied to the 2025 application, the FY2027 budget sets an income ceiling of $200,000 and annualized maximums of $6,500 up to $100,000 income, $5,000 from $100,000.01 to $150,000, and $4,000 from $150,000.01 to $200,000.
