PropStream's pricing page currently lists 25,000 monthly saves/exports for Essentials, 50,000 for Pro and 100,000 for Elite. It also lists a 7-day free trial. PropStream is designed around national property research, prospecting and lead workflows. Watchdog is narrower: New Jersey property intelligence, assessment, tax, municipal and appeal context.
Watchdog currently lists Agent at $59/month, Pro at $129/month and Pro+ at $399/month. That is not an apples-to-apples product comparison because Watchdog does not duplicate PropStream's national prospecting stack.
If nationwide lead generation, large list volume and outreach tools are central to the job, paying for PropStream's broader infrastructure can make more sense than choosing a narrower NJ product.
