ATTOM pricing in 2026
ATTOM sells more than one kind of product. Its self-contained Property Navigator research subscription has a clear public price. Its API and enterprise data products are a different commercial decision. Mixing those into one headline number creates a comparison that looks simple but is wrong.
| ATTOM product | Published price | Included / pricing model | Best understood as |
|---|---|---|---|
| Property Navigator Professional | $499/year | 200 property/comparable reports, 2,000 data exports per month, 1 seat | Nationwide browser-based property research |
| Property Navigator Enterprise | Custom | Custom reports/exports, unlimited seats, enterprise capabilities | Team research subscription |
| ATTOM Property Data API | Varies | Commercial terms depend on usage, datasets and licensing | Application/data infrastructure |
ATTOM's current pricing FAQ says Property Navigator Professional is billed annually and that new subscribers can use a free trial before paid enrollment. Enterprise and API terms should be verified directly for the intended workflow.
Property Navigator is not the same purchase as an ATTOM API contract.
The Professional plan is designed for an individual researcher. ATTOM currently includes nationwide access to more than 150 million residential and commercial properties, search across property, foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, sales and mortgage records, comparables and market analysis, AVM and rental-value context, 200 property/comparable reports, and 2,000 list exports per month. That is a finished research interface, not a license to build your own national data product.
The annual ATTOM plan can cost less, but price alone ignores the job being purchased.
Watchdog currently lists Agent at $59/month, Pro at $129/month and Pro+ at $399/month. Watchdog is deliberately New Jersey-specific and centers tax, assessment, Chapter 123, municipal, permit, monitoring and governed professional workflows. ATTOM Property Navigator is much broader geographically and better suited to nationwide research. ATTOM's API and bulk products are stronger when standardized national property data must feed another application.
| If your main need is… | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Nationwide property search for one researcher | ATTOM Property Navigator | Annual self-serve research product with national coverage and report/export allowances. |
| New Jersey tax, assessment and appeal intelligence | Watchdog | State-specific evidence and workflows are the center of the product. |
| National API / data infrastructure | ATTOM | APIs, broad datasets and enterprise delivery are core ATTOM products. |
| New Jersey municipal change monitoring and professional case workflow | Watchdog | Designed around ongoing NJ property decisions rather than raw national data delivery. |
Do not use $499/year as a proxy for ATTOM API pricing.
People searching “ATTOM pricing” may be comparing a browser research subscription, a data feed, a developer API or an enterprise license. Those are not interchangeable. If you need to embed ATTOM data in software, distribute it, run high-volume records, or license enterprise datasets, the relevant quote is the API/data agreement rather than Property Navigator's annual subscription.
