Watchdog is built to explain New Jersey property-tax and assessment records. We do not sell or enrich owner phone numbers, personal email addresses, skip-trace results, dialing lists or other consumer-contact data for arbitrary parcels.

What professionals can do

• Upload their own sphere, CRM contact reference or relationship identifier.
• Match that user-supplied reference to a property record.
• Use Watchdog property facts, assessment context, municipal signals and sourced reasons to review a property.
• Export their own contact reference alongside property intelligence so the record can be reconciled in their CRM.

What Watchdog does not provide

• Phone numbers or personal email addresses for arbitrary parcels.
• Bulk owner-contact enrichment or skip tracing.
• Dialing lists, DNC screening, carrier verification or consumer-contact profiles.
• Claims that an owner intends to sell, refinance, appeal or take another action based on private contact data.

Why we draw the line here

New Jersey has heightened privacy and compliance considerations around protected addresses and personal information, including Daniel's Law. Watchdog's role is to interpret property records and help professionals act on relationships and contact data they already possess lawfully—not to become a reseller of personal-contact data.

This is also a product choice. Watchdog competes on assessment interpretation, Chapter 123 context, municipal and revaluation signals, evidence and professional workflow.

If contact enrichment is needed later

The preferred model is a direct relationship between the customer and a specialized compliant provider. Watchdog may support a workflow handoff where appropriate, but should not ingest, store or resell that provider's consumer-contact dataset by default.
