- Carbon monoxide alarms
- Smoke detectors
- Electrical panel box labeled; 100 amp service
- Corrections and re-inspections must be done before occupancy

- Township CCO guideline requires smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher before the certificate is issued; the extinguisher sheet in the Township packet is a 2005 state memo (2A:10B:C, no more than 10 pounds, within 10 feet of the kitchen, top no more than 5 feet above the floor)
