Certificate of Occupancy Required
Certificate of Re-occupancy (non-rental / resale) · Manchester Township Department of Inspections, Land Use & Planning
- Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms (the application is the Uniform Fire Code smoke and CO alarm certificate application)
- Well certification if the home is on a well
- Fireplace or chimney certification if there is a fireplace
- Open permits must be listed; homes with open permits cannot use the accelerated fee
- Email address required for notices; only the named contact person receives inspection information
- The applicant must read, initial and sign the Township notice to homeowners, buyers, sellers and realtors
