  • Oven and stove working with an anti-tilt bracket
  • Overflow pipe on the water heater
  • Heater certification and chimney certification before the CO is issued
  • Railings for 4 or more steps or 30 inches and above
  • House number on the home; exterior maintained
  • No active, open or unpaid permits
